branchbranch.com and The Branch pop-up sessions are operated by Low Min Xuan (SSM 202503293289), Klang Valley, Malaysia. You can reach us at contact@branchbranch.com or on WhatsApp at 017-880 3870. By using the site or booking a session you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About the site
This site gives information about The Branch, a venue that is not yet open, and lets you join a waitlist. Details such as location, opening date, facilities, programmes and prices are plans and may change.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and is not a booking, membership or purchase. It does not guarantee a place, a price or an opening date. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Prices, payments and refunds
Joining the waitlist is free. Pop-up sessions are paid. They are booked and paid for on Luma, with card payments processed by Stripe. We do not take payments directly on this site. The price (in Malaysian Ringgit), date, time, venue and what is included are shown on each Luma event page before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
Pop-up cancellations and refunds
- Cancel 7 days or more before the session: full refund.
- Less than 7 days before: no refund, but you can transfer your place to someone else. Just tell us their name.
- If we cancel or move a session, you can choose a full refund or a place on the new date.
To cancel or transfer, email contact@branchbranch.com or WhatsApp 017-880 3870 with the name on your booking. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Taking part in a session
Sessions are gentle and done at your own pace. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, a recent injury or any other health concern, please check with your doctor before joining, and tell us about anything we should know. The physio consultation at a pop-up is a short one-to-one chat with a registered physiotherapist, not a full assessment or treatment. Please stop and let a coach know if anything feels wrong.
Using the site
- Give accurate details when you sign up.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit other people's details without their permission.
Our content
The text, logo and illustrations belong to The Branch. Some photos and graphics are used under licence from Canva. Fonts (Fredoka and Plus Jakarta Sans) are used under the SIL Open Font License. Please do not copy or reuse our content without asking first.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, The Branch is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on plans described here.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Malaysia.
